The whiskey boasts a discreetly spicy and malty aroma, reminiscent of bread and hay. On the palate, the 18-year-old Kurayoshi presents a perfectly balanced, smooth, and wonderfully sweet body. It reveals hints of vanilla, malt, oak tannins, and a gentle spiciness.
A medium-length, slightly smoky finish with oak spice completes the drinking experience.
