These general terms and conditions (AGB) apply to purchase contracts with private customers and businesses concluded via the website  http://www.buddelhuus.com

Our offer is exclusively for customers who have reached the age of 18. We reserve the right to verify the age of our customers, for example, by requesting a copy of their passport.

We reserve the right to limit or not fulfill deliveries without providing reasons. Payments already made will be refunded accordingly. Claims for damages will not be accepted.

The order is confirmed by the provider. The contract is concluded once the confirmation is received by the buyer. If the confirmation is not received within 48 hours (weekdays from Monday to Friday), the buyer considers it as a rejection of the order and is entitled to conclude the contract with another supplier. These terms and conditions also apply to purchase contracts concluded in other ways, such as by telephone, fax, or letter. Customers will be informed in the order confirmation where they can download the terms and conditions from the internet.

The prices are stated in CHF. Value-added tax as well as processing fees are included. Shipping costs are charged separately. Postal delivery: Flat rate of CHF 10.00 (Free shipping for orders over CHF 100.00).

The provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. For customers, the prices published on the website at the time of ordering apply. If the provider reduces its prices before delivery, the reduced prices also apply to orders received earlier, even if the contract has not been confirmed yet. The price is adjusted accordingly. However, if the provider subsequently increases prices, the lower price at the time of ordering applies, even if the contract has not been confirmed yet.

Delivery is usually made within 3 working days (Switzerland and Liechtenstein). If a longer delivery time is necessary, the customer will be informed no later than after this period has elapsed. If no information is provided, the customer is entitled to waive the delivery.
