The Allt Gleann Legacy Series comes to an end with this cask-strength whisky and this limited bottling emphasises the quality of Torabhaig whisky. Heavily peated and made from Concerto barley, this whisky was allowed to mature in first-fill bourbon casks and re-fill whisky casks before being bottled at 61.1 % without chill-filtration or additives. The phenol level of this whisky is 22.8 ppm.

The Torabhaig Allt Gleann Batch Strength comes to the nose with a strong smoky flavour. Peat notes and light vanilla flavours alternate with a hint of oak. On the palate, this whisky is also characterised by strong smoky notes. Then the typical Isle of Skye flavours of salt, malt and wood come to the fore. Beautifully rounded off with fruity flavours of apple and spice. The finish is again spicy with smoky notes. Long-lasting and warm. This whisky is a pleasure on its own and becomes a palate-pleaser with a little ice or water from the pipette.
