The Macallan Concept No 1 is a limited edition single malt whisky from the Scottish Edrington Group. With its bottling, the distillery has come up with something very special, as the Scotch reflects the contents of 86 different casks. This means that the maturation process had to be interrupted repeatedly, and besides the use of former sherry casks, bourbon casks were also used. The bottling was limited to 84,000 bottles.

The aroma is composed of caramel candies, almonds, ginger, and cinnamon, with a hint of green banana and citrus fruits. The taste of the whisky is very spicy, featuring oak and ginger notes. Its finish is dry and long. The appealing design of the label is thanks to the French artist Albert Simone, who was inspired by the works of the Surrealists.
