The maturation in former sherry casks infused the Swiss single malt whisky with an incomparable bouquet. In the year 2023, it was released as a limited bottling with 54.9% ABV.

Before tasting, the dark golden distillate unfolds sensual facets with sweet and subtly spicy components. On the palate, malt, grain, raisins, honey, black pepper, caramel, and licorice dominate. The finish is perceived as balanced, full-bodied, and wonderfully warming.
The Swiss Mountain 10 yo Ice Label 2023 was bottled at cask strength. It can be enjoyed on the rocks, refined with water, or used as a cocktail ingredient.
