The St. Georges 7 yo Waxhouse (2014) spent the longest part of its maturation in American oak barrels. During the final stage, it was stored in old sherry casks. Both barrels imparted their color and aroma to the elegant whisky. In February 2022, it was bottled at 53.9% alcohol by volume. There are only 225 bottles of this rarity, which is why collectors are particularly interested.

The intensely copper color is a feast for the eyes. This whisky delights with captivating nut aromas, complemented by spices, dried fruits, almonds, and sherry. Its taste can be likened to the moment when a box of chocolates is opened: white chocolate, cream, caramel, and raisins. In the dry finish, subtle peppery notes are present.
For the St. Georges 7 yo Waxhouse, refinement with a few drops of water is recommended.
