For the Spirits of Old Man Rum Project Two - Spiced Orange, the finest rum varieties were selected, from which this blend emerged. They were allowed to mature for 4 to 12 years in wooden barrels. After this long aging process, the batches were blended using traditional methods. With the second rum from the Project series, the producers once again impressed at numerous competitions. The jury of the Meininger International Spirits Awards awarded the creation a gold medal.
