Ground grains, hand-selected, serve as the basis for the distillation of this robust Texan whiskey.
It aged in old oak wine barrels sourced from California's Napa Valley. The grain-based straight bourbon underwent triple distillation, but only the heart of the distillation made its way into the barrels.
After being aged in charred French oak wine barrels, it was transferred to new American oak barrels, intentionally skipping cold filtration.
