The Cascade Hollow is a classic Tennessee Sour Mash Whiskey. Crafted in homage to an old recipe, it echoes the original flavor of the whiskeys from the distillery's founding era in the 1870s.
After distillation, the whiskey is chilled, charcoal-filtered, then aged for three years in oak barrels. The result is a well-balanced, particularly mild, and smooth whiskey.
