The Etter Weihnachtspflümli is characterized by juicy-sweet Swiss Löhrpflaumen (a type of plum) and finest spices, giving it its distinctive character. This Liqueur de Noel is based on a natural fruit brandy. Etter uses only fully ripe, highly aromatic fruits that are handpicked and processed. Thanks to their high sugar content, these small plums are excellent for distillation.

The fruit brandy is infused with Christmas spices and aged in oak barrels for 3 to 5 years. In addition to plum, notes of cinnamon, coriander, and cloves can be discerned, giving the Pflümli a warm and sweet taste. Chilled and neat, the Liqueur de Noel tastes just as good as a digestif as it does as an ingredient in desserts.
