The Bushmills 21-year-old is a smooth, Irish single malt whiskey, available only in strictly limited quantities.
It has been bottled at a strength of 40% ABV, and each bottle is individually numbered.
This "old & rare" single malt, made from light malt, has been aged for a minimum of 19 years in former bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. It then underwent an additional two years of maturation in former Madeira casks.

The Bushmills 21-year-old Single Malt impresses with warm toffee aromas on the nose, complemented by dark mocha, candied fruits, and a hint of honey. The taste of the whiskey is silky-sweet, almost syrupy, with notes of nuts, oak, licorice, malt, raisins, tobacco, and mint.
The spicy finish is very long-lasting.
This complex whiskey should be enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
