The perfection of this straight bourbon whiskey was a lengthy process. Actors and bourbon enthusiasts Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley created Brothers Bond, ultimately concluding that a particularly high corn and rye content of 65% and 22%, respectively, is ideal for a well-balanced, spicy bourbon. After distillation in copper columns, the bourbon ages for four years in American oak barrels.

The aroma is reminiscent of fresh banana bread, ripe fruits, honey, orange zest, and walnuts. On the palate, roasted grains, dried fruits, black tea, and a variety of spices come to the fore. The finish is medium-length, evoking freshly cut oak. This silky-smooth bourbon with 40% alcohol by volume is excellent for savoring neat, on the rocks, or as the base for classic cocktails like the Old Fashioned.
