The aroma of the brandy is fresh and fruity, with hints of orange peel accompanied by oak notes. The taste is very full-bodied, with fresh citrus notes and sweet hints of caramel and dried fig. Spicy notes of cinnamon and black pepper are also discernible. The finish is long and smooth, with hints of bitter almond and oak. According to Armenian tradition, brandy is served after a hearty meal or with dessert. With an alcohol content of 40% ABV, the 7-year-old Otborny is perfect for enjoying neat or on the rocks.
