Four individuals founded and run the operation: Wilma and Stuart Nickerson are supported in the crafting of exquisite spirits by their business partners Debbie and Frank Strang. The distillers draw on their experience as whisky makers in the production process. Initially, the sale of the gin did not extend beyond the national, or more precisely, island borders. Due to its top-notch quality, Shetland Reel Gin quickly gained fame and is now available in the international market as well.
