The Santos Dumont brand has its origins in Minas Gerais, where its namesake owned vast plantations. Today, it is part of the Danish conglomerate A.H. Riise. Santos Dumont produces rum that carries the spirit of Brazil within it. Additionally, they develop interesting "crossover" products: the rum liqueurs often exhibit flavor characteristics of sherry, white wine, or bourbon. The range is complemented by exquisite blends.
