Lambay is an award-winning whiskey producer located on the picturesque Lambay Island off the coast of Dublin in Ireland.

The brand was founded by Camus, a French Cognac producer, and the Baring brothers, owners of the island, combining the tradition of Irish whiskey-making with state-of-the-art technology and an innovative approach. Read more

    Only the finest ingredients are used for Lambay Whiskey, including water from an underground source on the island, imparting its unique flavor to the award-winning whiskey. Lambay places a strong emphasis on sustainability, utilizing renewable energy sources to minimize environmental impact. Lambay also boasts a unique warehouse on the island that leverages the natural conditions of the island to mature the whiskey, giving it its distinctive taste. Lambay does not currently have its own distillery. Therefore, the whiskey is sourced from the West Cork Distillery and matured on Lambay.
