    Bayou Rum, thanks to Master Distiller Jeff Murphy and Master Blender Reiniel Vicente, has earned numerous awards for the four rum varieties under the Bayou label: Bayou Select Rum, Bayou Satsuma Rum, Bayou Silver Rum, and Bayou Spiced Rum. In 2018, the SPI Group acquired the Louisiana Spirits distillery with the Bayou Rum brand. All products continue to be crafted with local ingredients, including unrefined cane sugar and molasses from Louisiana, and processed in a traditional pot still (copper still).
