The family-owned business meticulously crafts Kentucky Straight Bourbon and Rye Whiskey by hand. Its recipe, developed by Henderson over nearly 50 years of whiskey distillation, has been passed down to his sons and grandsons. Similar to some Scotch varieties, Angel's Envy whiskeys mature for four to six years in oak barrels before receiving a "finish" in rum, sherry, or port casks. This imparts a unique complexity, fullness, and subtle sweetness, distinguishing the whiskeys from Angel's Envy.
